A
graduate of Cal State University at Hayward with a degree in Psychology
and Latin American Studies, Ruben Uriarte has been a member of MUFON
(Mutual UFO Network) for over 20 years and is currently state director
for Northern California. Formerly a state coordinator for Crop Circle
Phenomena Research International and research director for Beyond
Boundaries, a UFO tour company, Ruben is now the liasion between MUFON
and its counterpart in Mexico, OMIFO. Ruben has been interviewed about
UFOs on many radio and television programs, including the History
Channel's UFO Files.

Noe
Torres holds a Master's degree in Library Science from the University
of Texas at Austin. He has authored five books and a motion picture
screenplay. With UFO researcher Ruben Uriarte, he has written two books
about famous UFO cases along the Texas-Mexico Border: Mexico's Roswell:
The Chihuahua UFO Crash (2007) and The Other Roswell: UFO Crash on
the
Texas-Mexico Border (2008). In 2010, he released a new
book on the Roswell Incident, titled Ultimate Guide to the Roswell
UFO Crash. He has participated in numerous public
appearances and media interviews.
